Tommy Lombardo, Jr. - The Little Club

Tommy Lombardo, the prodigal son of one of Buffalo’s most celebrated restaurant legacies, grew up in the business. As a kid he worked nearly every position at Ristorante Lombardo and at nineteen, he trained beside the restaurant’s longtime barkeep, John Spasiano. Eventually, Tommy went on to New York where he took a job at Gramercy Park Hotel to learn modern bartending/mixology. He became quite successful and worked at Dell’anima, L’artusi, and Anfora. He has been back at Ristorante Lombardo and is currently at The Little Club where you will find an interesting cocktail menu and delicious wine dinners.

Chef Andy Bauerschmidt will be providing us with a recipe and curated meal kit for The Little Club.

Chef Joseph Orlando - Mojo Market

He spent over a decade at Pano’s Restaurant, where he met his wife. He also helped open Osteria 166 and the concert venue Waiting Room. Chefs Brendan & Jonathan - Grezi on Main

Chef Brendan Wakeham (Executive Chef) is the driving culinary voice at Grezi. His passion for cuisine was born out of creating and cooking dishes in the home kitchen with his dad. This marked his path to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleau. After helming kitchens in Boston and Rosemary Beach, Florida, he is happy to return to family roots in Buffalo. When he’s not on the line at Grezi, you’ll find him savoring time with his wife, Emily, and son, Oliver.

Chef Jonathan Freer (Chef de Cuisine) was born and raised in the city of good neighbors, Chef Jonathan has long admired his family’s entrepreneurial endeavors and work ethic. After honing his palate in numerous kitchens both here and in the Florida panhandle, he is excited to create innovative dishes for family, friends, and guests at Grezi.
